More than 85 percent of Kansas residents over the age of 25 have completed high school, nearly 35 percent have some level of post-secondary education.  The student to teacher ratio in the public schools is approximately 13 to 1.  High school graduation rates for Kansas students are in the top ten nationally at 80.2 percent.
