Ottawa County Health Center, a non-profit 25-bed critical access hospital with attached 17-bed long term care facility is looking for an Administrator with vision and proven leadership abilities. Experience with understanding of critical access hospital financials required. Bachelors degree required; Masters in Hospital Administration or related field preferred. Must possess excellent communication skills in medical staff and employee relations. Must be community and team oriented. Hospital is leased by Great Plains Health Association and located in Minneapolis, Kansas, approximately 20 miles north of Salina. We offer excellent benefits.

LABORATORY DIRECTOR
Cloud County Health Center, a 25 bed critical access hospital in Concordia, KS is currently seeking to fill the position of Laboratory Director. The laboratorydirector is accountable for the overall operation of the laboratory and phlebotomy services. The director is responsible for establishing and maintaining stable clinical workflow processes with other hospital staff and providers. Ensures compliance to all regulatory requirements including the acquisition, development, training, and retention of qualified personnel. Implementation of the goals and objectives of the laboratory requiring budgeting, planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, improving quality and evaluating personnel to achieve expected outcomes. Also, competently fulfills the duties of a Registered Medical Technologist sharing in the Call/weekend rotations.

House Supervisor
Cloud County Health Center, Concordia has an opening for an RN to work full time as a House Supervisor, 7pm – 7:30am, including every other weekend and rotating holidays. Responsible for ER activity during night shift, shift staffing, responding to emergency events, supervising and working along side staff. Performs in administrative capacity during night shift. Applicants must have 5 yrs staff nurse experience and at least 1 yr of supervisory experience. ACLS, PALS and NRP required and TNCC within 3 months of hire. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and perform in high pressure situations. Computer knowledge/skills preferred.
